We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in earlier and providing professional and helpful information about the facilities. The hotel had great amenities, including a wide selection of music, a beautiful dining area for hi-tea, and a compound perfect for taking photos. All our requests were accommodated and the service provided was top-notch. The location on the hills provided a stunning view of the mountains and clouds, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast served in the room was delicious, and the egg cooked by the chef from Old England was a highlight.
Nothing, all was good.

I spent an unforgettable Christmas at a hotel in the mountains with stunning views of vast flower fields. The room was spacious with ample amenities including free coffee and snacks. The hotel was located away from the city, surrounded by mountains, and offered a peaceful retreat to unwind and relax.
The location was somewhat remote and required a lot of walking or transportation to get to other places. the bathroom was outdated and could have used some remodeling.

Great views and lovely decor, perfect for a romantic escape. the bed and breakfast included were decent. the shuttle service was timely and reliable.
The heater in the room did not work properly and it got too cold at night. the shuttle service was the only mode of transport which was pretty expensive considering the distance from the town center.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel nestled up in the hills. The location provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the rooms on the second level offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, creating a truly picturesque setting. The breakfast provided was also delightful, with a variety of options to satisfy every palate.
The hotel could benefit from some minor maintenance and cleanliness improvements.
